From the studio to your hands. Here’s what to expect when ordering opens.
Shipping, simply
$8 within the United States. $30 to Canada and supported European destinations. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
14-day returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.
Returns & cancellations
Contact the studio through My Unique Ring for return instructions before mailing anything. Return your ring in its original, undamaged condition with its packaging within 14 days of requesting the return. Trying it on is fine; altered or damaged items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
The 10% restocking fee applies to the ring price paid, excluding tax and shipping. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping is not refunded and you pay tracked, suitably insured return shipping. Eligible refunds go to the original payment method after inspection, with applicable tax adjustments. We aim to process refunds within 7 business days of receipt; bank processing may take longer.
Contact us promptly to cancel before production starts for a full refund. After production begins, the 10% restocking policy applies to voluntary cancellation or return. Confirmed studio errors, defects, or incorrect items are handled separately without the restocking fee or customer-paid return shipping. Applicable statutory rights take precedence.
Delivery & international orders
Production time does not include transit time. We will contact you about production delays. International orders may incur import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges on arrival; these are the recipient’s responsibility unless included at checkout or otherwise required by law.
Design approval, sizing & care
Your selected rendering and specifications are the design reference. Minor variations may occur during production. If a change or additional charge is needed, we’ll contact you for approval before production.
Confirm your US ring size before ordering; wider bands can fit more snugly. Store your ring separately and contact My Unique Ring for care advice specific to your metal, gemstone and finish.

Before you make it yours.
How do I choose a band width?
Open the width reference in the designer to compare proportions from 3 to 10 mm. The illustrations are a visual comparison, not an actual-size ruler. Wider bands can feel snugger; a jeweler can help confirm your size.
Can I create any shape?
You can personalize the surface and details of a continuous band. Large sculptural heads, open rings and tall settings are outside this designer’s scope.
What does comfort fit change?
Comfort fit softens the inside edges of the band. It’s separate from your chosen outer edge style.
Will the finished ring match the preview?
The rendering is a concept reference. Fine details, stone proportions and engraving may need adjustment for manufacturing, with your approval before production.
